Martin Gräb

24 years at BSS. Started as a project leader, now runs the company and the entire logistics division of ROFA Group - 12 companies, four continents. Martin built his career at Krups Kompaktlogistik and BAT before joining BSS in 2002.

Marcin Krzywulski

Developer at Macrix in 2002. CEO of BSS LogisQ in 2025. 23 years in one company is rare. Deployed mission-critical software in steel plants on four continents for SMS Group. Taught himself German because he believed in meeting clients where they are.

Marek Zuchowski

Founded Macrix in 2000. Grew it to 100 engineers across Germany and Poland. Designed ArconQ – the platform LogisQ runs on. Electrical engineer by education. Motorsport enthusiast – his Race Navigator system is used by BMW Driving Experience and Manthey Racing.

Józef Eckert

The person who explains your warehouse to you better than you can. Three decades in logistics. Józef built the foundation of Macrix's Polish operations. Ten years ago, he took on the BSS partnership - the bridge between two companies that eventually became one.

Kamil Wilkosz

CNC operator in a factory. Robotics instructor for children. International application engineer at B&R in Austria where he also delivered hundreds of hours of technical trainings. Then Macrix: developer, team leader, and now the person who owns the entire WES product roadmap.
